Job summary

Mobilitas, a remote-first insurer, is seeking a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to lead complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states from a remote setting.

You will supervise investigations, guide coverage and settlement decisions, manage workflow and staffing, and collaborate with brokers and clients while ensuring compliance and high service standards. This role requires 5+ years in claims and 7+ years in complex claims, plus active adjuster licensing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma (HS)/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment.
• Willing to obtain/maintain licensure as required for the states of operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides guidance on coverage, liability, settlement authority, and complex issues.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and multi-shift coverage.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service through reviews and QA reports.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and serves as liaison for commercial customers and brokers.
