Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims — Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states and guide litigation handling with settlement authority.

The role requires 5+ years in progressive claims leadership, 7+ years in complex claims, and an active adjuster license in applicable states. This remote, national role offers a flexible workplace and cross-state collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Evaluate coverage questions and provide decisions related to approval and settlement authority.
• Manage claim investigations, staffing, and workflow across multiple shifts.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters and monitor claims quality and service levels.
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
