Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring for a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, provide coverage decisions, and guide settlement authority.

The role may involve liaison duties with partner states and claims teams. You will lead operations, performance management, and claims procedures while ensuring compliance with DOI regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated casualty claims expertise across varying complexity.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement authority.
• Manages daily operations, staffing, and scheduling across shifts, including seven days a week.
• Establishes performance goals and service standards to support strategy and efficiency.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service via QA, surveys, and feedback.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company policies; supports cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversees internal and external counsel performance and billing; coordinates with clients and brokers.
• Creates an inclusive, collaborative culture and fosters team growth; travels as needed for role.
