Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for remote work. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states and guide settlement decisions within authority limits.

You will collaborate with partner clubs and brokers, lead a high-performance team, and ensure compliance with DOI regulations while managing staffing and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of claims, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement authority for complex cases.
• Directs daily unit operations including workflow, phone queue, staffing and multi-shift coverage.
• Sets and monitors performance goals, service standards and operational effectiveness.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service via QA reports and surveys to identify improvements.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and DOI regulations across states.
• Participates in Committee Review processes to support claims decisions and operations.
• Recommends improvements to plans, processes and resource utilization for efficiency.
• Supports staffing, budgeting and financial planning; collaborates with cross-functional teams as liaising with brokers.
• Manages litigation-related considerations and external counsel oversight for total cost control.

5+ years in claims supervisory

7+ years complex claims

Licensed adjuster (all applicable)

Bachelor's degree in related field

Education

HS/GED or 3 years virtual customer service experience
