Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims - Remote to supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states from a home-based setting. You will evaluate coverage, provide settlement guidance, and coordinate with partner clubs and brokers.

The role requires 5+ years in claims leadership, 7+ years in complex claims, and an active adjuster license.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving SIU claims.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement.
• Directs daily operations across multiple shifts and staffing.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and acts as claims liaison.
• Manages client communications and litigation matters with internal and external counsel.
