Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group company, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims - Remote to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states. You will supervise investigations, evaluate coverage, and provide settlement guidance while coordinating with partner clubs and brokers.

The role is remote nationwide in the United States, with substantial leadership responsibilities, compliance oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of litigation experience preferred.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims.
• Evaluate coverage questions and provide decisions.
• Lead multi-state claims operations virtually.
• Collaborate with partners and brokers to maintain relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and service standards.
• Oversee litigation management with counsel.
