Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two or more years of litigation experience.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of auto and commercial injury claims.
• Supervise claims in multiple states remotely and provide coverage decisions.
• Direct daily unit operations, staffing, and workflow across shifts.
• Monitor claims quality, service standards, and compliance with DOI regulations.
• Collaborate with brokers and partner clubs to build relationships.
• Lead committee reviews and regulate grand rounds to support decisions.
