You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, evaluate coverage, provide settlement guidance, and coordinate with internal teams and partner clubs.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Licensed Adjuster for applicable states or license within 90 days.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; professional designations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation handling.
• supervise virtual claims across multiple states and provide coverage decisions.
• Guide settlement authority and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead operations, staffing, and workflow across shifts and remote teams.
• Act as liaison with partners and brokers to maintain strong relationships.
