Responsibilities

• Oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Provide guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement authority.
• Direct staffing, workflow, and cross-state operations with remote teams.
• Ensure compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with brokers and partners to maintain relationships.
