Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or related field.
• 6+ years commercial lending or related experience; equivalent combination allowed.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, closing processes.
• Strong sales ability with capability to cross-sell products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with office software.

Responsibilities

• Generate and service a variety of commercial loans and bank services.
• Achieve portfolio growth and cross-sell goals.
• Oversee loan portfolio for compliance with covenants.
• Monitor credit quality, risk, and portfolio performance.
• Present bank products to prospective clients and principals; underwriting as needed.
• Maintain relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction; mentor staff as needed.
