Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Commercial Loan Specialists.
• Oversee territorial/industry banking needs and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop goals for incremental income and coach staff on sales activities.
• Review credit requests, assess risk, and ensure proper documentation and pricing.
• Participate in community/industry functions to build referral networks.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Manage workflow, decisions, and communications within the team.
