Kemper in Austin, TX is seeking a bi-lingual Sales Executive - Commercial Auto to drive profitable growth within Texas. The role is remote with frequent travel and requires residing in the Austin/San Antonio area. You’ll influence agents, execute the sales strategy, and build strong agency relationships.

Candidates should have about 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in Commercial insurance, and a Bachelor's in Business or Marketing. A discretionary annual bonus and Kemper benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, with 1+ years in Commercial insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes sales strategies to achieve financial and sales goals.
• Collaborates with internal partners to achieve intended outcomes.
• Utilizes the appropriate sales tools to influence behavior, and drive results.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities for Kemper Auto with agencies.
• Drives new business growth, mix of business, retention, and profitability within the territory.
• Participates in regional strategy meetings and assists with new production launches.
