Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster for a remote position in the United States. You will handle auto and property-damage claims, open/investigate/evaluate/settle, and ensure regulatory compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with paid training and a flexible remote environment.

The role requires licensing or licensure within 90 days and offers a schedule across 7:00 AM–7:00 PM PT with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of customer service in a virtual setting.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of licensing training.
• Basic math and moderate computer skills with the ability to use various software.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements including internet speed and dedicated workspace.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds and claimants to confirm loss details and coverage; explain the claims process and outcomes.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims from start to finish.
• Take inbound calls and manage an inventory of pending claims.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process; keep customers informed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policy provisions.
