Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is recruiting a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster for a remote nationwide role. You will handle non-injury and liability auto claims from intake through settlement, ensuring coverage and regulatory compliance while coordinating with teams and clients.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, an adjuster license or plan to obtain it, and strong communication skills for bilingual or multilingual support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of completing the provided licensing training.
• Basic math and moderate computer skills with technical aptitude to utilize a variety of software applications.
• Must meet work from home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and other involved parties to confirm loss details and applicable policy coverage.
• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles first- and third-party auto/property damage claims from start to finish.
• Takes inbound calls from customers and maintains an inventory of pending claims.
• Conducts coverage and liability investigations.
• Advises customers of available benefits, coverages, and liability outcomes.
• Coordinates and oversees the claims process; keeping customers informed.
• Negotiates estimating damages and supplements.
• Validates reparability and monitors repairs.
• Arranges towing, storage, and rental vehicles as needed.
• Addresses subrogation and total loss responsibilities.
• Ensures compliance that specific state regulations and/or policy provisions is completed with needed file documentation and appropriate correspondence.
• Supports other areas of claims as needed.
• Actively shapes our company culture and participates in team activities.
