You will handle routine to moderately complex auto claims, open investigations, evaluate coverage, and settle claims while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, bilingual capabilities a plus, and collaboration with other claims professionals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or at least 1 year of customer service in a virtual environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of training.
• Basic math and ability to use various software applications.
• Meet work-from-home requirements including internet speed and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds and claimants to confirm loss details and policy coverage.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims from start to finish.
• Take inbound calls and manage a portfolio of pending claims; conduct coverage and liability investigations.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process and communicate updates to customers.
