Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster for a remote role across the United States. You will manage auto and specialty claims from opening to settlement, ensuring coverage verification, and coordinating with involved parties.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in a virtual environment or equivalent.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of licensing training.
• Basic math and computer skills to use multiple software applications.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements including reliable internet and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Open, investigate, evaluate, and settle routine non-injury Commercial and Specialty claims.
• Verify policy coverage and explain claims process to insureds and claimants.
• Negotiate, adjust, and settle first- and third-party auto claims from start to finish.
• Coordinate with casualty adjuster for physical damage exposures and subrogation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Insurance and state regulations and SLAs.
