Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle routine non-complex to moderately complex commercial/auto claims from opening to settlement.
• Verify coverage and policy details; determine liability and damages; communicate with insureds and claimants.
• Coordinate towing, storage, rentals, and repairs as needed; monitor claim progress.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle first- and third-party auto/property damage claims.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal SLAs; document thoroughly.
