The role supports a remote, nationwide team with flexible Pacific Time scheduling and paid training starting Nov 30, 2026. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service in a virtual environment; an Adjuster license

Qualifications

• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of completing the provided licensing training.
• Strong customer service experience in a virtual environment.
• Ability to type 30 wpm and operate multiple software applications.
• Must meet work from home requirements including internet speeds and dedicated workspace.

Responsabilités

• Contact insureds, claimants, and other involved parties to confirm loss details and applicable policy coverage.
• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles first- and third-party auto/property damage claims from start to finish.
• Takes inbound calls from customers and maintains an inventory of pending claims.
• Conducts coverage and liability investigations.
• Advises customers of available benefits, coverages, and liability outcomes.
• Coordinates and oversees the claims process; keeping customers informed.
• Negotiates estimating damages and supplements.
• Validates reparability and monitors repairs.
• Arranges towing, storage, and rental vehicles as needed.
• Addresses subrogation and total loss responsibilities.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and policy provisions.
