Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote to join our remote-first team across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will handle routine non-injury commercial and specialty auto claims, open investigations, and settle claims with a focus on timely, compliant resolutions.

The role requires strong customer service, valid adjuster licenses or 90‑day licensing window, bilingual Spanish a plus, and flexibility to work varied shifts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; customer service in virtual environment preferred.
• Must hold an adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of licensing training.
• Basic math and computer skills with ability to use different software applications.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants and others to confirm loss details and policy coverage; explain claims process and outcomes.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle first- and third-party auto/property damage claims from start to finish.
• Take inbound calls and manage an inventory of pending claims; conduct coverage and liability investigations.
