Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster for a remote, nationwide role.

You will handle routine auto and property claims, verify coverage, negotiate settlements, and coordinate repairs while keeping clients informed.

This remote position offers flexible hours across the United States; bilingual Spanish is a plus and training begins soon, with paid sessions scheduled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or one year of virtual customer service experience.
• Must hold an adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• Basic math and computer skills with ability to use software applications.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements including internet and workspace.
• Type at least 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and involved parties to confirm loss details and coverage.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims from start to finish.
• Take inbound calls and maintain an inventory of pending claims.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process; keep customers informed.
• Negotiate damages and monitor repairs.
