Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster for a remote role across the United States (except HI and AK). You will open, investigate, evaluate and settle routine to moderately complex auto and specialty claims while ensuring compliance and timely communications with insureds and stakeholders.

The position emphasizes flexible shifts, remote work, and bilingual capabilities, with training and ongoing development within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a virtual customer service environment is required.
• License as Adjuster in applicable states or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong math and computer skills with aptitude for using diverse software.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants and others to confirm losses and coverage, and explain the claims process.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle first- and third-party auto/property damage claims.
• Manage inbound claims and maintain an active claims inventory.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process and communicate with customers.
