Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and others to confirm loss details and coverage.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto/property damage claims.
• Handle inbound calls and manage pending claims inventory.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process and inform customers.
