Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote. You will handle routine to moderately complex non-injury commercial claims, open and investigate cases, verify coverage, and coordinate with involved parties from start to finish.

The role offers a remote-first environment with flexible shifts and training starting Nov 30, 2026. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, a claims license (or plan to obtain within 90 days) and strong math and communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of completing the provided licensing training.
• Basic math and moderate computer skills with technical aptitude to utilize a variety of software applications.
• Must meet work from home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and other involved parties to confirm loss details and applicable policy coverage.
• Explains claims process, next steps, and outcomes to involved parties.
• Is the primary point of contact for auto physical damage questions.
• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles first- and third-party auto/property damage claims from start to finish.
• Takes inbound calls from customers and maintains an inventory of pending claims.
• Conducts coverage and liability investigations.
• Advises customers of available benefits, coverages, and liability outcomes.
