Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to work remotely nationwide. You will handle routine to moderately complex auto and specialty claims with support from casualty adjusters when needed.

Open, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims, verify policy coverage, and keep customers informed while complying with state regulations and service level agreements. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of virtual customer service experience.
• Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of training.
• Basic math and computer skills; able to use various software.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements including reliable internet and dedicated workspace.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and others to confirm loss details and policy coverage.
• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles auto claims from start to finish.
• Coordinates and oversees the claims process; keeps customers informed.
• Arranges towing, storage, and rental vehicles as needed.
• Supports other areas of claims as needed.
