Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster for a remote role in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will handle routine to moderately complex auto claims, verify coverage, negotiate settlements, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

This position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, and an adjuster license for applicable states within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience in a virtual setting.
• Must hold or obtain an Adjuster license for applicable states within 90 days.
• Basic math and computer skills with ability to use multiple software applications.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements including reliable internet and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine non-complex to moderately complex commercial auto and specialty claims from opening to settlement.
• Verify policy coverage and liability, negotiate damages, and coordinate with the insured and third parties.
• Communicate clearly the claims process, status, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support subrogation and total loss handling as needed.
