Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote. You will handle routine to moderately complex auto claims, assess coverage, and settle files while complying with state requirements.

This is a remote role open across the United States, with Hawaii and Alaska excluded. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and an Adjuster license or a plan to obtain one within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of completing the provided licensing training.
• Basic math and moderate computer skills with technical aptitude to utilize a variety of software applications.
• Must meet work from home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and other involved parties to confirm loss details and applicable policy coverage. Explains claims process, next steps, and outcomes to involved parties. Is the primary point of contact for auto physical damage questions.
• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles auto/ property damage claims from start to finish.
• Takes inbound calls from customers and maintains an inventory of pending claims.
• Conducts coverage and liability investigations.
• Advises customers of available benefits, coverages, and liability outcomes.
• Coordinates and oversees the claims process; keeping customers informed.
