Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote. You will handle routine to moderately complex auto and property damage claims, verify coverage, and coordinate with stakeholders, all from a home setup across the United States (excluding HI/AK).

The role requires at least a high school diploma and an adjuster license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience in virtual environments.
• Must hold an Adjuster license or obtain one within 90 days of training.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to use multiple software applications.
• Strong work-from-home requirements including reliable internet and workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine to moderately complex non-injury Commercial and Specialty claims from start to finish.
• Verify policy coverage and explain claims process to insureds and claimants.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims.
• Coordinate with casualty adjusters for cross-functional exposure handling.
• Maintain timely updates to customers and manage pending claims inventory.
