Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote. You will handle routine to moderately complex auto and specialty claims, verify coverage, negotiate settlements, and coordinate the claims process from a remote home office across the United States.

Training starts soon with a comprehensive, paid program. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, an adjuster license or plan to obtain one within 90 days, strong math and computer skills, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of training.
• Basic math and computer skills with ability to use various software.
• Must meet work‑from‑home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace.
• Type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Open, investigate, evaluate and settle routine non‑injury Commercial and Specialty claims.
• Verify coverage on policies and explain the claims process to insureds and claimants.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process while keeping customers informed.
• Negotiates damages, estimates and supplements; monitors repairs and subrogation as needed.
• Travel for team meetings and in‑person events when required.
