Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle routine to moderate non-injury commercial and specialty claims from opening to settlement.
• Verify policy coverage and liability; coordinate with casualty adjusters for related exposures.
• Communicate clearly with insureds, claimants, and other parties on process, steps and outcomes.
• Negotiate damages, arrange towing/storage/rental vehicles, and monitor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal SLAs; support other claims areas as needed.
