Training begins Sept 28, 2026, with a 7-day, 7-day coverage window and ongoing support. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, an adjuster license or plan to obtain within 90 days, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of virtual customer service experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license or obtain within 90 days of training.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements and type at least 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds and claimants to confirm loss details and coverage.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto claims from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process with customers and internal teams.
• Validate reparability and arrange towing, storage, rentals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policy provisions.
