Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is actively hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote. The role handles routine to moderately complex auto claims, with responsibilities from opening to settling, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Training begins soon for a remote, home-based position across the U.S.

(excludes Hawaii and Alaska). The work schedule spans 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time with paid training and a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or minimum one year of customer service in a virtual environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of training.
• Basic math and moderate computer skills with aptitude for various software.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements including internet speeds and workspace.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and other parties to confirm loss details and policy coverage; explain the process and outcomes.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto/property damage claims from start to finish.
• Take inbound calls and maintain an inventory of pending claims.
• Conduct coverage and liability investigations.
• Advise customers of available benefits, coverages, and liability outcomes.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process; keep customers informed.
• Negotiate damages and supplements; validate reparability and monitor repairs.
• Arrange towing, storage, and rental vehicles as needed.
• Address subrogation and total loss responsibilities.
