Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a high-performing SME & Growth salesperson to expand our US presence remotely. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, onboarding, and early customer success, translating fintech value into practical results for growing businesses.

You should have at least 2 years in fintech sales, a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, or subscription models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle fintech sales or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical/solution-based environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS or subscription businesses, spend management or finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex's financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology partners to move opportunities forward and support strong customer outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at relevant industry events, and setting a high standard through strong performance and teamwork.
