Job summary

Airwallex is expanding its US SME footprint by serving ecommerce, SaaS, professional services, and other tech-enabled businesses with a full fintech platform. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and early customer success, translating complex payments technology into clear business value.

You’ll build expertise in payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to drive revenue growth, working with legal, finance, strategy, and technology

Qualifications

• Experience with fintech sales to ecommerce, SaaS, or subscription businesses.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, spend management, or professional services.
• Strong pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology partners to move opportunities forward and support strong customer outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at relevant industry events, and setting a high standard through strong performance and teamwork.
