GitLab is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive growth across commercial accounts for its AI-powered DevSecOps platform. This remote, all-remote role focuses on building executive-level relationships and expanding adoption in the Queensland region with potential in nearby territories.

You'll own full sales cycles, generate and qualify pipeline, and collaborate with partners to close deals, ensuring strong ARR growth and long-term customer value.

Formación

• Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships across organizations.
• Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools (Salesforce/Clari).

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a book of commercial accounts in the Queensland territory and surrounding regions.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, negotiation, and close to create ARR.
• Partner with customers to drive adoption and expansion of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Meet or exceed quota through strong customer relationships and accurate forecasting.
• Mentor teammates and participate in strategic account planning and reviews.
• Represent GitLab in meetings and events, delivering compelling value propositions.
