LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate on delinquent accounts, and arrange payment plans while upholding regulatory compliance.

This role is 100% remote with a Monday–Friday schedule. Earn commissions based on performance and access medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
