LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. Work from home and help achieve recovery goals while maintaining professional, compliant standards.

Required: 2+ years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Eligible states include many across the U.S. and a performance-based compensation plan awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsabilités

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Locating borrowers using skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques.
• Managing assigned portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation and notes.
