LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will conduct inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and maintain compliance while working from home.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party debt collections, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Eligible states are listed, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations.
• Reliable internet connectivity sufficient to perform job responsibilities.
• Ability to remain available, responsive, and productive throughout scheduled working hours.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities for max recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain consistent communication with management while working remotely.
