Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to handle collections over the phone. You will negotiate payments, assess customers’ financial situations, and work toward prompt recovery of balances from past-due accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Collections or Debt Settlement work history to be considered.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and process payments on delinquent accounts by phone.
• Assess consumer financial condition and determine avenues for payment
• Track and maintain customer accounts through the collection process
• Ensure compliance with state and federal collection regulations
• Meet call quality standards and corporate procedures.
