LCS Financial Services Corporation seeks an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to work from home in the United States, including Nevada. The role focuses on negotiating settlements, maintaining regulatory compliance, and meeting recovery goals within a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication abilities.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
