LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join a results-driven team from a home office in Florida. You will negotiate payment plans, conduct skip-tracing, and manage delinquent accounts while upholding high standards of compliance and customer respect.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Experience working in a high-volume collections environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
