Job summary

Transworld Systems, Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. This role is remote with MST preferable and offers a starting pay of $15–$16 per hour plus bonus potential.

You will engage with consumers to secure past-due payments and provide a professional, compliant service experience. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, reliable high-speed Internet, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts. Each call is unique…you’ll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
