Insight Global is seeking a Credit and Collections Representative to support a large customer base in a fully remote role, preferably in PST or MST. You will focus on reducing delinquency, contacting customers about payment status, and handling high-volume calls to keep accounts current.

The ideal candidate has collections/credit experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate information and resolving payment issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Experience in collections and credit.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Contact customers regarding payment status.
• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Assist customers and profit centers to resolve disputed invoices.
• Coordinate with general contractors for jobs and arrange joint checks.
• Update and amend customer maintenance information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Credit Supervisor.
