Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Credit Professional to manage collections for up to 300 customer accounts monthly, investigate invoice discrepancies, and collaborate with billing to keep customer data accurate. The role assesses creditworthiness and recommends limits while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum two years in customer service in a private, public, government or military environment.
• High School Diploma/GED with six years of customer service experience varies by role.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for up to 300 accounts monthly.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and short payments.
• Review customer contracts and coordinate with billing teams.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and suggest credit limits and risk mitigation.
• Participate in meetings and calls to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
