Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years in customer service or a HS diploma with 6 years of experience. This remote US position includes travel up to 5% and relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years in customer service in a private/public/government or military environment.
• High School Diploma/GED AND 6 years in customer service in a private/public/government or military environment.
• Experience in B2B collections and knowledge of account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for up to 300 customer accounts monthly with outbound calls.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, short payments, and tax issues.
• Review customer contracts and coordinate with billing teams for accuracy.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and recommend credit limits and risk mitigation.
• Participate in internal meetings and customer calls to resolve issues.
