Purpose Financial is seeking a motivated collections professional to contact and negotiate with customers to collect overdue loans. You will serve as the liaison between creditors and customers, applying approved guidelines to arrange payment plans and maximize recovery.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least one year in a call center or customer service and three years in collections at a high-volume center.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year call center or customer service related experience.
• Three years of collections experience at a high-volume call center, and bi-lingual in Spanish is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Contact and negotiate with customers to collect overdue payments.
• Act as liaison between creditors and customers to manage overdue accounts.
• Maintain effective telephone, email, chat and text communication.
• Achieve revenue targets and call quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws governing our industry and products.
