Responsibilities

• Research client information and historical data on accounts
• Communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts
• Collect payments and issue refunds
• Maintain accurate documentation of account status and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and present to management

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English reading and writing.
• High school diploma/GED required, a college degree is preferred
• Minimum 2 years + Previous experience is a must
• Understanding and proven track record of successful collection techniques
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer databases
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
