LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to work from home nationwide. The role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, negotiations, and strict adherence to collection laws, with performance-based compensation and a 100% remote setup.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home office while meeting team goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team members while working remotely.
