ARS National Services in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking remote-based customer service agents for full-time, paid training. Start date immediately with a 4-week training, working Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM and one weekly evening shift. No prior collections experience required; great for candidates from retail or hospitality.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear and confident conversation with a stranger.
• Comfortable with basic math — mostly percentages.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Fluent in Spanish? That’s a plus!

Responsibilities

• Take and make phone calls with customers (Outbound and Inbound).
• Listen to someone’s situation and figure out what they can realistically afford.
• Walk them through options and set up a plan that works.
• Document conversations accurately.
• Follow the consumer-protection rules that govern this work — trained in the first four weeks.
• Work on camera for your entire shift.
