Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC is seeking a 3rd Party Collections Specialist for a fully remote role based in Jacksonville, FL. The schedule includes Mon/Tues 10am–7pm, Wed/Thu 9am–6pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, with remote work available.

The position offers $17–$20/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Telecommunication collections experience and bilingual Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of 3rd-party collections experience.
• Telco, Financial Services, Commercial, and/or Multi-Housing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Investigating and resolving account disputes.
• Analyze account histories to determine appropriate collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant account documentation.
