Job summary

CraftedStaff is hiring a Customer Service Collections Associate for a full-time role with paid training. The position starts in person with a remote option after KPIs are met, typically around 45 days. Pay starts at $17.00/hour, with interviews happening now and immediate openings.

You’ll handle high-volume calls, learn scripts and systems, and proceed to work-from-home once performance benchmarks are reached. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO are included.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls about account balances and payment options.
• Provide a positive customer experience while staying confident and professional.
• Set up payment arrangements within approved guidelines.
• Answer questions, handle basic disputes, and route requests appropriately.
• Accurately document account activity in internal systems.
• Meet expectations for call quality, productivity, and KPIs.
• Follow company policies and FDCPA and related regulations.
